If you are new to our salon, please call so that our guest care team can be sure to schedule you for the
perfect amount of time with the stylist that will best fit your needs.

We want to make sure you know what to expect when you arrive for your appointment,
​please read the preliminary guidelines below in their entirety. 
​Preliminary Guidelines For Re-opening:
  1. The new normal is keeping you and our teams safe.
  2. Please come to your appointment alone. No additional guests or children at your appointment.
  3. Please arrive at the exact scheduled time of your appointment, we will not be able to allow early arrivals due to capacity limitations. 
  4. When you arrive, please wait in the landing for entry, we’ll let you know when your service provider is ready before you enter the salon.
  5. We will be screening all guests upon arrival.  No one with a fever may receive services. Temperature checks will be taken upon check-in.
  6. Please, no large handbags. Bring in only what you need and can fit in your lap.
  7. All team members and guests MUST WEAR MASKS. No exceptions. We can provide you one if needed.
  8. We’ll greet you verbally (no hugs or handshakes).
  9. Clients will be required to sanitize or wash their hands upon check-in.
  10. We will not be offering beverages or snacks at this time.
  11. Stress relieving treatments like hand massages will not be offered at this time.
  12. Our stations will be spaced 8 feet apart to maintain distance between guests.
  13. Pre-service shampoos will not be performed. Please come to the salon with clean, dry hair.  Shampoo within 3 hours of your appointment if possible.
  14. Shampooing will be allowed for color clients only.
  15. Shampoo area will be a no-talking area to prevent the spread of germs.
  16. We would prefer contact less payment made through our Pocket Salon App whenever possible however, we will accept cash and major credit cards as well.
  17. ​ Capes are washed between each guest, as always.
