CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a credit card on file to reserve an appointment
Cancellations or appointment changes made at least one business day (24 hours) in advance allow us the opportunity to accommodate other guests in the cancelled appointment space.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee.
Same day cancellations and No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.
If you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to fit you in for the full service. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened. If we have to reschedule, the same cancellation fee will apply.
Deposits paid for appointments booked online are non-refundable however, should you need to reschedule your appointment that deposit will remain in our system and will be applied to your next appointment
