They say that all good things come to an end.    
Thank you for allowing our business to be a good thing in Downtown Memphis for over 43 years!
After much consideration, we have decided that we will be closing our doors on January 31st. 
This is not a decision that we took lightly, or that was made hastily, and we want to express our deepest gratitude to all of our clients, friends, and family who have allowed us to continue doing what we love to do for so many years. 
If you currently have an appointment scheduled for a date after our last day of business, your stylist will be reaching out with details about their new location.  If you do not have anything on the books but would like to know where your stylist will be working after January 31st, we will be happy to share that with you.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your love and support over the years. 
We will miss each and every one of our amazing clients more than you know.

​CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a credit card on file to reserve an appointment
Cancellations or appointment changes made at least one business day (24 hours) in advance allow us the opportunity to accommodate other guests in the cancelled appointment space. ​
​Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee.
Same day cancellations and No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.

If you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to fit you in for the full service. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened. If we have to reschedule, the same cancellation fee will apply.
Deposits paid for appointments booked online are non-refundable however, should you need to reschedule your appointment that deposit will remain in our system and will be applied to your next appointment
