The entrance to the lot is on Front Street
Directions traveling west on Madison Avenue:

- Right at the light at Madison and Front Street.
- The first opening on the right will be into the Premium Parking Garage.
- The gates will lift as you pull towards them, the garage is not closed just gated
- Park in any NUMBERED space
- please do not park in any space that states it is reserved
- (SPACES WITH A STAR ARE CONSIDERED RESERVED).
- PLEASE make sure you bring your license plate number into the salon with you so that we are able to enter it for parking validation payment
- Do not pay for parking.
- PLEASE make sure you tell the front desk that you have parked in the garage upon arriving for your appointment so that we can validate your tags ASAP
- There is an elevator in the South West corner of the garage which will take you directly to the exit onto Madison Avenue
- Exit the garage and turn left, ½ block East on Madison you will see Walgreen’s.
- Immediately to the left of Walgreens is the Dr. D. T. Porter building, our entrance is up the small flight of stairs with the brass handrail.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or appointment changes made at least one business day (24 hours) in advance allow us the opportunity to accommodate other guests in the cancelled appointment space. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.
We appreciate your understanding the need for this policy, our team values your time and we appreciate you valuing theirs as well.
