CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or appointment changes made at least one business day (24 hours) in advance allow us the opportunity to accommodate other guests in the cancelled appointment space. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.
